A NEFARIOUS RESIDENCE not only because of the conditions of the rooms but also because of the treatment of Erasmus and foreign residents. The administration does not solve any problem, especially if it happens to a foreign resident. Probably the worst dormitory in Opole. Outside of the building you can see rats every night. When they give me a room it was completely dirty, the window broken, the toilet doesnt work propertly and there is not cold water. The guys from the administration are always so impolite and the people at reception dont speak english. One of the elevator doesnt work. Polish people are always making noise and smoking in the stairs and people from reception dont do anything just beaucse they are polish.
